Caprylyl/capryl glucoside
CosVivet APG CCG50, CosVivet APG CCG60, CosVivet APG CCG65, CosVivet APG CCG70 and CosVivet APG CCG70D are mild and natural nonionic surfactants produced from glucose and fatty alcohols. They belong to the alkylpolyglucoside surfactant group and are 100 % biologically degradable. Being liquid, they can easily be incorporated into formulations. The CosVivet APG CCG-range is free of preservatives and all products are COSMOS- and halal-certified.
Caprylyl/capryl glucosides are nonionic mild and natural co-surfactants with good foaming capabilities, excellent alkaline and electrolyte stability and good solubilizing properties. They also show superior detergency, wetting, dispersing and surface tension reducing properties.
Caprylyl/capryl glucosides have good foaming characteristics, mildness, are non-toxic and non-irritating. This makes them suitable for use in personal care products such as body washes, facial cleansers, wet wipes, shampoos, bubble baths and various products for sensitive skin types.
