From new product development to bottling and delivery: we’re with you throughout the entire process, with individual solutions tailored to your exact requirements. Our expert services include every facet of contract formulation; toll and contract manufacturing; contract grinding, milling, blending, and filling; all the way through to packaging and dispatch of the goods.

As part of our distribution network, we maintain 60 mixing and blending sites throughout Europe, operated by our Brenntag Blending Services (BBS) teams. Among our specialties are water treatment, degreasers, and cleaning and coolants. We can provide liquid/liquid, liquid/solid or solid/ solid blending, and we offer a wide range of packaging sizes and types.

With our tailor-made formulations, we take care of the entire process for you—allowing you to focus entirely on your business. We adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety, ensuring superior results in every step.

Our modern mixing facilities offer maximum flexibility, featuring over 100 mixing tanks with capacities ranging from 1 to 30 m³ and a total mixing capacity of over 1000 m³.

Our capabilities include:

  • Stainless steel mixing tanks with jet stream agitators, dissolver discs, and trapezoidal stirrers (1–30 m³)
  • Inline dispersers (Ystral Conti-TDS) for aqueous and solvent-based formulations
  • Heating capabilities up to 95°C
  • Filling systems from our storage tanks and tank trucks into IBCs, drums, and cans
  • Paternoster system for dissolving solids directly in rolling drums within a heated room
  • Fine grinding, micronization, and pulverization

We take great care in the manufacturing and testing of our aqueous solutions, dispersions, emulsions, and solvent blends to ensure they meet your specific requirements. Our laboratories conduct strict chemical analyses to ensure that we meet your specification parameters.

Contract bottling

We meticulously carry out each step of the bottling process at our own facilities, from sourcing the finest ingredients to labeling and packaging, to ensure the highest levels of quality and reliability for your products. You can always be confident in the result. We supply:

  • aqueous, acidic and alkaline products
  • organic and combustible products
  • tank trains and rail tank cars, direct filling from the IBC to the canister
  • small packages up to 100ml
  • fully and semi-automatic filling systems for aqueous and organic substances
