Mixing tanks for custom formulations: benefit from our technologies
With our custom formulations, everything comes from a single source, so you can focus on what matters most: your business. And of course, our standards of quality and safety are peerless.
We have more than 100 flexible mixing tanks, from 1–30 m³, with a total mixing capacity of over 1000 m³, available for your needs. These include:
- Stainless steel mixing tank
- Plastic mixing container
- Enamel mixing bowl
Our thermodynamic capabilities include:
- Heating to a maximum of 90°C
- Cooling to 15°C
Mixing techniques
To meet the complexities of all your mixing needs, we offer technologies such as:
- Jet mixer, Ystral Dispermix and Conti-TDS inline,
- Dissolver discs
- Venturi agitators, trapezoidal and blade agitators
- Paternoster (barrel roller for barrels up to 30°C)
- Viscosities up to approx. 10,000 mPas
- In-flight mixers and mills for solids
Aqueous and organic mixtures
We take great care in the manufacturing and testing of our aqueous solutions, dispersions, emulsions, and solvent blends to ensure they meet your specific requirements. Our laboratories conduct strict chemical analyses to ensure that all specification parameters are met.
Aqueous mixtures:
- Aqueous solutions: acids, bases, surfactants
- Aqueous dispersions: fillers, polymers, starches, celluloses
- Aqueous emulsions: oils, silicones
Organic mixtures
